Vihaan means dawn. We took the name because a move is rarely just logistics — it's a household starting over.
The story
Built by people who'd had a move go badly
In 2016 our founders watched a family relocation come apart: a quote that doubled once the truck was loaded, a bed nobody on the crew could reassemble, and a crockery set packed in newspaper. Nothing about it was unusual, which was exactly the problem.
What the industry lacked wasn't trucks. It was accountability — someone who had seen your house before naming a price, and who would still be reachable when the van was three hundred kilometres away.
So the company was built around the unglamorous parts: a proper pre-move survey, crews on payroll rather than hired at the gate that morning, and an inventory signed at both ends. Nine years on, we run local, intercity and international relocations alongside vehicle transport and warehousing — and most enquiries still arrive because somebody was recommended to us.

A price you can plan around, a date you can rely on, and belongings that arrive as they left. Predictability is the whole product — everything else is logistics.

Known less for the size of the fleet than for the fact that nothing goes missing and nobody is surprised by the invoice.
Care before speed
A fast move done carelessly costs more than a careful one. Crews are measured on the condition of goods at delivery, not on hours saved.
Honest paperwork
Written quotes, numbered inventories, proper invoices. If it isn't on paper before the move, it doesn't appear on the bill afterwards.
One name on the job
A single move manager owns your relocation and answers their phone. No call-centre queue, no being handed between departments.
Less thrown away
Cartons are graded and reused, and packing waste is collected from your new home rather than left at the door.
