What each stage means

Booked and packed
The inventory is signed and cartons are labelled. Your tracking ID is issued and sent by SMS at this point.
- 02
In transit
The vehicle is on route. Long-haul consignments update twice a day; local moves update on departure and arrival.
- 03
Out for delivery
Your move manager calls to confirm the unloading window, lift access and who will be present to receive.
